Description

With brush motor, the band saw can only be used for cutting metal materials with solid or hollow section with different shapes: circular section with a maximum diameter of 105 mm, polygonal section with a maximum size of 105 mm. The band saw has a continuously adjustable rotation speed from a minimum of 35 m/min to a maximum of 80 m/min. The adjustment can be made by means of a potentiometer placed on the motor casing. The sawing machine consists mainly of these parts: base, screw vice for locking the piece, rotating mobile head, on which the electric motor, pulleys and blade are installed, and lever with the handle and the button to activate the lama. The table saw is made up of these components: fixed base, vice with screw for locking the piece, electric motor, blade drive pulleys, cutting belt mounted on the rotating head for performing angled machining, handle for manual operation and other commands.
